Looks like we are hitting +13c here in central Sask, goodbye to the worst winter I remember

One more trip up north next weekend to ride and catch some fish, and we are done!

2 years ago was worse Mike. Only got 3 days of riding in because of a last minute dump the end of March. Don't forget I've seen this happen before and it is still possible........Muh huh huh huh

Yeah its a little strange, growing up we were usually riding by Halloween, and into the end of march.

Havent had a winter like that in ages now

I was in Winnipeg for the boat show and couldn't believe I was seeing dirt out in fields on the way in. Kenora as of now still has two feet of snow but it's going fast. Another two weeks of lake riding. Heck I was out on the ice road today with the truck.

Im still praying for that HUGE spring storm!!!!!!!!
Still can't believe I took a 6hr trip North, 6 hr's back with great trails to be all over 2 days after the trip. Like NOTHING left. Weird season.

Yeah I was in Winnipeg on the weekend and the fields had no snow. You can still ride in Kenora but just on the lakes. People are still taking their trucks out on the ice.

Pretty crazy how quick it went. Ended the season with 4036kms on the buggy so not too bad for a month and a half of riding :)

I was sledding Sunday March 7 (full snow) and by Sunday March 15 99% of the snow was gone in my yard. Quickest melt I have seen in a long time.

I just came back from sledding west of La Ronge, still 2ft+ thick ice on the lakes, quite a bit of snow in the tree lines and bays, but its melting fast. Lots of dark ice patches by time we left so its fading fast. Came back to Saskatoon and brown dirt fields everywhere, ditches almost gone too. Had a nice time ice fishing in t-shirts on saturday, +10c and hot sun!!
