Hey Guys,
I have used the SEARCH function and cannot seem to find what I am looking for. I remember not too long ago there was a discussion about the bearings on the Jack Shaft and Drive Shaft. I even participated in the discussion. Some people mentioned that these are fairly standard bearings that can be purchased rather readily. I just need new seals as the bearings appear to be in great shape. Can anybody provide me with the type/number that I can look for at my local store?
Thanks

Thank Dan. It is not the Yamaha part # I am interested in. Apparently it is a standard bearing and can be bought anywhere. I tried my local dealer and they are ordering them for me but I want a set for the shelf and all I really need is the seal.

the drive shaft is a ub205 or ass205. might have a split ring on outside race that can be removed, cost abt. 20.00 cdn. as for jackshaft i think its a 6206k, the 'k' meaning tapered bore. the seals off a regular 6206 should work, and the seals off a regular 6205 should work on the driveshaft bearing.
