went to the consumer show in burlington vt. the phazer is an absolute engineering marvel. when you check it out, stand up on it and rock from side to side and watch how the front suspenion and skis react. i can't explain it but it looks like steering in the corners will be effortless. if you use your body weight it reminds me of a street bike. like leaning into a turn instead of just moving the handlebars.
the rep. told me that the phazer (with the tall windshield and small wind deflecters by your knees like the gt) has the same if not better wind protection than any other yami sled. it's going to be a looong summer. :yam:

My wife and I were there around 5:30 to 6:00. That Phazer grows on you in person. I like the white graphics. The way that sled is balanced it would be a blast to ride. My first thought was where the hell is the motor.
Very cool. They had Coreys sled there and that baby had seen some miles!!! Those Fox evolve shocks were sweet on his sled.

I haven't been to a show yet, but have watched the new 07 DVD, and it really does look alot better then just the still photo's I've seen before.

red2003, there will be a demo ride may 17-18 in essex vt at franks motorcycle sales (802-878-3930). i thought i overheard the rep. say you will be able to ride the phazer there.

not a big turnout at the Burlington show

The reason for the lack of people at the Burlington, VT show was because dealers were only told about the show a few days before it was scheduled. Nobody knew about it.

Thanks. I knew about the test rides at Frank's in Essex. Provided we have any snow, I'll be there and try out everything they let me.
