While changing the oil for the 500 mile mark on my wifes sled, I noticed that her airbox was full of water in the bottom. We had been riding in alot of powder/dust last weekend, and I brought the sleds into my heated garage. The ice on the foam melted, but did not drain. Upon inspection, the drain hose was kinked right under the airbox.
I checked my sled, and same thing. It looks like the drain hose needs to be routed under all the wires and make a slow curve up to the airbox. You cant really see anything once you put the airbox in.
Did my dealer just put both of them together wrong?
I would just leave the hose off, but it looks like the drain hole barb sits right over an electrical connection.

Mine was the same way. The hose was routed aft of a bundle of wires that made it very hard to positon the airbox without kinking the hose. Just re-route the hose in front of those wires and no more issues.
