My buddys RTX has a big problem. Went to check the oil and it was low put some in to bring it to the right level. Took it out for a spin and came back to the garage and there was oil coming from the airbox drain. Opened the lid and there was about half a liter of oil in the box looks like its coming out of the intakes. Anybody know what it might be!

Sounds like its over full! They only hold 3 quarts. How are you checking the level? The manuel states to remove dipstick, clean, then re-insert. DO NOT SCREW IN! Remove then check level! Hope this helps you out.

Last year someone posted a similar problem and thought he needed an expensive engine repair. It turned out he had the oil tank out of it and when he reinstalled it the rubber oil lines were crossed at the engine. After installing them correctly all was fine. Have you removed the tank or had the lines off lately?
