I would like to add 3-4 inches of height to my bars and would like any thoughts or suggestions in this area. I talked to my dealer who figured the wires would reach but was not sure about the brake lines.

well a site member called reaper did manage to put a 2" riser on his 660 grizzly. he posted in here that it was possible on stock cables and hoses.Yeigermeister said:I would like to add 3-4 inches of height to my bars and would like any thoughts or suggestions in this area. I was only able to use a 1" riser otherwise would have needed to get longer cables and brake line. I would think the Kodiak would be the same. I had to move the brake lever assembly inwards on the bars also because it was too tight for my liking. To go 3-4 inches your going to have to get all new longer cables and brake hose and specific riser system. Will be costly. I was surprised how just the 1" riser was enough for my need.

Thanks, I may go that route than. I had a guy add some foam to my seat to take out the dip in the middle and figure I should do something with the bars too.
