I too am suffering from overheating with my Warrior.
After the overheat light comes on & I get it to turn off by running in loose snow & travelling about 1/2 mile with the light off I have found that it will not rev past 8000- Rpm. It will rev up to that rpm & no more, I back off the throttle try again & it will go to about 8500-9000. I backed off again tried again & it will go to 10,000 RPM. Is it possible the fuel pumps are suffering from vapour lock? It certainly feels like it is not getting enough fuel.
I am going to try & "burp" the coolant to-day by raising the front end
& removing the fill cap as described in another post to see if I can get rid of the overheat problem.

Any information re the possible vapour lock would be appreciated

First off, I have now added a rear heat exchanger, so heat problems are a thing of the past for me, BUT, before I added it, I noticed that even BEFORE the light came on, the fuel would vaporize out of the carbs, which can cause one or more cylinders to cut out.

Try installing a coolant shutoff valve to the carbs for when its warm out. Also add the rear heat exchanger for the MTN.
