None, looking now!
Okay, I am slightly confused. I've read all over this forum that guys are getting hp numbers at around 250ish with the stage II supercharger on pump fuel. What are you all doing to get this? The MPI site says we have to mix race fuel with pump fuel and they recomend 100% race fuel. This is all done with a head gasket that they sell.
Do I need to get a head spacer and low comp. pistons to get these hp numbers on pump fuel? Help me understand. I am getting this set up, I just want to be on the same page and know what I am buying. I don't want to expect one thing but get another.

Call Hauck power sports in Rice lake Wi. Pat had a couple on the snow all winter and would know just what the super chargers can do fuel and hp wise. I see your also from Wi and this would be real world info from your elevation and riding area.

I know those guys...That is actually where I baught the sled from. Maybe I will give them a call. I don't know though. I hear they have a bad rap, even though they set my sled up perfectly. NO Problems other than the un-avoidable grip warmer issue.lol

YA YA YA, lol. I was leaning towards that at first. But the Alpine turbo is the one I wanted, however I do not want a smaller gas tank, I want my dual exhaust and stock sound levels and I want the the instant throttle resonse. I'll sacrifice a few hp for a simpler install and less headaches.
I'm only going to lose about 10hp or so. You fugure on a turbo is 10hp per lb., and a supercharger is 9 hp per lb. Close enough for me.lol

check out the boost horse power calculater at the top of the page, it will give you a good idea the compression and or fuel you need to run 250 hp. and you will need to lower your compression to do it on pump fuel. if you have to go into the motor and you will for that kind of hp. on pump fuel then I don,t see were the install is going to be any easier than a turbo, but you will have a bigger fuel tank, I don,t think the throttle response will be any better than a front mount, but you won,t have to worry about cracked header either, for me I want all the hp. I can get so its turbo and as big as I can put on and still have the trottle response.

Snowy,
I hear ya. I also wanted to keep the stock exhaust and sound levels. I do almost all trail riding and I don't want a loud system. I like the hp numbers that a turbo puts out, but the gas tank issue, sound and not using the dual exhaust are major factors with me. If there was a turbo that I could keep the stock size gas tank, stock sound levels without being a rear mount, I'd look into it.
So, It looks like a supercharger for me.

Sounds good! You will be WAY happy happy with sc or a turbo!

With a head spacer you will be able to run the Stage 2 system at 10 lbs of boost with premium pump fuel. If you want to change the pulleys and turn up the boost to the 17 lbs you will need a higher octane fuel (like 100 octane).

What hp and torque numbers would I be looking at then at 10Lbs? Will I be close to 250?
