Whats the latest on Yamaha adding heat exchangers to the '04 warrior and mountain sleds?

Does anyone have the P/N for the mountain heat exchanger. I want to go ahead and correct this problem even if I have to pay.

is this a direct bolt in sort of like an update they had on the Vipers..... Can someone post some pics what they look like? :4STroke:

I haven't installed my rear heat exchanger kit yet. The winter of 02-03 my sled overheated horribly. This last season 03-04 I didn't have one episode of over heating. I'm not sure if that has more to do with snow conditions or excess heat being built up during the "break in" of the sled the first season?
I've decided I'm not putting in the rear heat exchanger unless I get close to over heating. I have a temp gauge now and I must say I haven't been anywhere near over heating since my break in was complete.
The heat exchanger appears to be a well designed and thought out "kit" with instructions and the mounting hardware included. It probably adds 4-5 lbs. to a sled but I guess that's not much in the grand scheme of things if your sled is overheating. Powder Blue

What temperature does the sled run at and where did you get the gauge from??
