Cubby... You're certifiable. The looney bin is looking for ya!
That sled is gorgeous.
One thing I gotta point out for you though, before you drive it.... in case you're actually planning to drive it.... If you don't want the tail flap to get shredded first time out, you'll want to bend the metal flap out MUCH FURTHER to hold the rubber flap away from the spikes.
See that your flap is almost straight down, and they should be more like this;

Yea I know aboot the flap but thank you very much for pointing it out LB.
That poor rear bracket has been bent like 6 times already so I ordered a new one and I went with a new blue rear flap after seeing how good it looked on someone elses sled on this here forum.
I'm glad you like it LB, a compliment from YOU means a great deal to me....................Cubby

2. Yep if I'm anal about the sled, it's a pretty good chance I am anal about my garage and my impala. LOL
3. This is a good one. I do have a set of those side accent covers here that I had chromed for one of my customers that didnt like the chrome job on them. However they look so bad I wouldnt put them on my 1990 Exiter. These covers I have were chromed, striped, and rechromed and look absolutley gross. Do you know how the side of a wood house looks after it has been scraped and painted about 5 times? Thats how these covers look but dont forget to add the "orange peel" effect on these parts as well. So yea I do have some of these covers but no they won't be put on my sled........................Cubby
