Checked the left handwarmer on my 08 nytro, it's definitely showing no continuity, and is producting no heat, but I'm not getting a code 81 on the display, is that normal ?
Also looked at main harness, and didn't see any puncture in it down where it can rub against motor .

yes normal. it happens to me last year.
upgrade to RSI warmer/grip. best upgrade ever cheap. better grip and lot warmer
don't put them higher than 3/4 beacause, they will burn your hand
