I am from Ontario and covering your headlights is going to get u a ticket too. EVEN IN THE DAYTIME ??? I seen one sled at night his headlights were covered in a red tint but he had other driving lights that were mounted on the sled... It looked really good...Might want to look into something like that .....

I got a $110 ticket a couple years back having blue transparent light covers on my RX-1. (during the day)
I’ve since talk to many cops about this and most say its ok during the day to cover your lights as long as they are not red. Just turned out I had a real dick for a cop.

Hi, attack. Welcome to Totally Yamaha. Key words like tinted lights or aftermarket cans or exhaust will get people excited. Riding is probably more open, where you ride. In the states, especially my state the land is getting scarce and riding more populated. Some members might have had bad experiences with other sledders, trail closures from loud exhaust, etc. I'm glad you clarified your remarks ,they could have been said in jest. I'm a lot older then you, so I probably have diferent viewpoints, opinions then you, but I have daughters,son-in-law, so I can relate to young people. We have a new attack, couple rages. TEAM BLUE! plowking

welcome and have patience with some of the crankier members
Glad to see Tom stepped in and silenced the ramblings of everyone....LOL. No offense Honk, you both had good points but let me tell you from experience, If you speak your mind no matter how right you are in someone else's house you will be banned! Something I try to remember and have learned from my mistakes! Here's a saying I've read many times before and try to remember as often as I can.

I'm glad to see younger riders interested in our sport, I would highly recommend not using window tint, I tinted windows in Highschool and several years after professionally and it's not very durable for that type of application, Snow Stuff also makes covers for the head lights. enough said!

Who cares why he wants to black out his lights. I personally think it is dumb to do anything that would reduce your vision.
If you know where to help this kid, please chime in. If you don't, save your legal worries for the rest of women at knitting class.
I'd expect better from "Life Time Members".

There is a guy in newfoundland that makes lightshields and there is one in the works for apex, not shure when they will be ready but he has them for xp's and they look and fit well.
