Well it finally came down to replacing one broken and one worn limiter strap after a great poker derby/drag racing and a day of ice fishing/drag racing reaching 750 miles.
Attended the local Yamaha dealership and priced out the straps $35 each, holy S$&*, aftermarket negative, warranty negative. Read on here somewhere that you can just buy some belting for round hay bailers etc.. cut them yourself and VOILA.
Attended the Ag store down the street, bought some 4" wide by 18", same width belting X 2, cut eight limiter straps, bored the holes with stud bore, 15-20 min.
OUT THE DOOR FOR $8 what the F##$ aparently those holes and cuts cost alot of money. Thanks YAMAHA
