Since Lindsey is in Texas at her sisters wedding, I had to find someone to ride with.

So Josh came along and rode our spare sled, our '01 Yamaha Mountain Max 700. Its a great loaner sled! He had never ridden before.

I built an "extendo" hitch to tow our smaller horse trailer in order to haul multiple sleds. Probably could fit them all in our big horse trailer, but thats a HUGE rig to take sledding.
So my single sled deck and small horse trailer it is!

This is Mt. Stewart in the back ground. The tallest non volcanic peak in the state.

This was a freeze frame off of my iPhone, so its a bit blurry. But thats Mt. Rainier in the background. You can also see the burned trees from the large forest fire we had this past summer.

It was a good days ride. Cant say I enjoy following the two smoke. I miss Lindseys Phazer in front of me. Blue sky's, fresh snow, and fish N' chips at the Brick Saloon on the way home made for an excellent day!

Quarts Mountain next weekend!
