Todays temp in NWO was -28c/-18f this morning. I and three of my riding group braved the cold and headed out on our local chain of lakes ride this morning and we covered over 100 miles, Our area lakes ice is thick and safe with a few ice ridges that need some cautious attention but otherwise lots of high speed riding in 4-6" of virgin snow. We were all breaking our own trails and I had my sled on the 300 flash all day on 91octane with a mix of Boostane for 94 octane. It truly amazed me of how well my sled performed and riding with a trio of Doos how dominant it was in all aspects of the ride. With 105 miles on the trip meter I still had @ 1/3 tank of fuel left on the gauge and we were running pretty hard all day. Crazy to think these sleds will go the way of the Gooney Bird but I guess all good things must come to an end.
