List of improvements for the 03 RX-1

Has anybody put a list of low-cost improvements which significantly help the 03 RX-1 in one place? There is an enormous amount of info. on this site, just not sure this info. is in one spot. Given the popularity of this sled with many riders buying used RX-1's, it would be very helpful. Here are the low cost improvements I know about:
1. Front suspension: 13 mm sway bar, new bushings, longer sway bar links, straight rate springs, shim the skis, set the front springs for minimum preload.
2. Seat: add 3" to 4" of foam over the existing foam rubber in the seat.
3. Jackshaft: replace the PTO side bearing on the jackshaft with the 04 and later bearing and locking collar.
4. Rear suspension: weld steel reinforcements onto the "W" member, cut the plastic bushings on the transfer rods in half, setup the suspension as per Lazy Bastards instructions.

For the money I think the air kit was a good bang for the buck on my sleds. Help me fend off them big cc sleds by pullin the trigger.

the best bang for your buck is the o/s/o primary spring. the jack shaft bearings are all the same from 03 to 08 just the coller and nut is differnt . links if you go to any differnt sawy bar you will have to change links any way as the 03s use a differnt link than all others. i personaly went with the 13 mm bar and pioner 2.3 rate springs and found that that worked very well and was plenty stiff but to each his own. and ow yes changeing to # 20 pilot jets works as well as 137.5 mains worked very well for me as the pilots improved starting and warm up time and the larger mains inproved my to end big time (for those flat out runs of 15 miles or more)

Thanks for the info...The part that they shim up on the rubber piece is toward the front of the ski or rear? which end of the rubber piece? Thanks.

The back. It pushes the back of the ski down and the front of it up.

it pushes the front of the ski up, so the carbide is not hunting so much at the leading edge, this gets rid of the darting. play with it, and you will like the results!

What is the 0/S/0 spring?

Its the primary clutch spring with Orange / Silver / Orange markings on it.
