Both sleds provide very cold hands! Every once in a while, I can actually feel luke warmth from them.

06 and 07 Attack 10 grand for a sled and 75 bucks for Gortex gloves and still get cold hands.

Handwarmers are non-existent. My hands stay cold all day. The thumb warmer works, so I got that going for me, which is nice!

I have bought 2 pairs of gloves this season trying to get rid of numb finger tips. It hasn't even been cold out yet.

Even with the fix, and handguards, the handwarmers are not good enough. Currently rely on handlebar gauntlets to ride in colder than 20 degree weather.
On the other hand, with gauntlets on bars, I'm able to ride with mechanics gloves down to about -10. The bars do get hot when you have thin gloves, but not really hot enough to feel thru gloves or mittens.
Without gauntlets the heat loss from wind overcomes the heat gain from the '07 heaters. Obvious? right?
