Have a 2010 mtx 162 with push turbo 6 ibs boost. track is cut down to a 1.75.. .. Rode ditches yesterday very loose snow couldnt build the boost like on the trails and clutches got a bit hot.. running supper tip weights 50y base OPO primary spring, Tungsten & 2 washers in heel, 2
washers mid, and 4 washers tip.running a 45 helix dont know what its set at for degrees will check tonight. should i add more weight to help with heat adjust helix? Seams to run a little high on rpms at wot on hard pack also..over 9100..

Your belt is slipping in the secondary under heavier load of ditch riding compared to trail, creating the heat, and the taller gearing doesn't help the situation any.
That is a factor of the 45 helix angle... You tune the primary to control RPM, not the belt heat or slippage...
