Different but similar? This is my first rear exhaust 4 stroke. The older kids love being pulled behind in the fields on a sled. Is this rear exhaust going to cause any issues with towing the kids?
not unless ur towing them 1 ft from the bumper. ull be fine... :4STroke:

Funny thing is part of me may miss the 2 stroke exhaust smell. After 20 years of riding with the exhaust smell it reminds me of sledding. I will overcome and get that fix as I pass the others out there or from the buddys sleds. LOL

My kid started with the 120 and rode it till 10 or 11 years old. LOVED IT! Then went to a 440 Panther, low and slow! Now at 14 shes on my old RX-1, I had to change the color for her, and she loves bragging her sled has more CCs then her friends. She rides better than her mother now, and I have to wait no more! She rides well and is very safe at doing it. Please teach your precious little ones the rules of the trails!!! It may save their lives!!

When we were really small we used a hockey helmet...by the time I started riding (@ 3) I had an open face sled helmet.

Here's proof lol:

Wow, early 80's photo? COOL!

Must be a custom painted yellow Kitty Kat? What is the other sled?

That's actually the late 70's (1979 I believe) lol. My Dad owned a Ski-doo dealership so he had a Kitty Kat painted up to match his 1980 Blizzard 9500....

good pic. i should go scan the pic of me on my dad's 79 et250 that my grandmother has of me on the lawn at her camp in 1980.

Actually went and picked up a KC yesterday for my Son. He will be 2 in January but I don't think he will be ready till next year. He is short like his father. Was looking for a while but came across a 99 with a lift and they guy even had the remote kill switch installed. Little sled is in great shape. Anyway, here's a pic of Jake and his KC.

Great little sled for your son and bonus having the remote kill switch as well ;)!

When I purchased mine I was told of a Kitty Cat forum, can't remember the exact name of it but it could be just kittycatforum.com?
It was a great little site with lots of tech advice and a great parts section as well.

Hardcoresledder.com has some good info on their mini forum for the 120's. I was able to install a rear shock on our 120 using the directions found there.
