Did you find a left over new, or buy used?

Brad, congratulations, you will love the sled. Look forward to comparing notes on dialing these sleds in with you. I chose to leave my settings close to stock last year but I know I can make the sled even better based on what I read here.

Cant tell a yooper that right now!.... its been a LONG and one tough winter and before ya know it it will be winter again.

I told the wife when we picked the sled up we were half way there all we needed was our gear.

You got a trail pass to use?

Same here, I left mine close to stock as well. I did get the ODO up to 855 miles, which I am proud of in one month of riding.

I was going to say I should keep my mental notes on what worked and what didn't so I could adjust in the fall, but IT ALL WORKED!! I did get my permanent RAM ball mounted for the GPS, and ordered some nice handguards with mirrors. I may put my 2.5" riser on in the fall now that I have some hand protection.

You will love all the new things this Apex brings to the table. One thing I didn't see noted to much was the size of the windshield. I swear it is a different shape if not larger. I notice it is a warmer ride, and my windshield bag seems to hold more. Am I just thinking this, or did the 2011 and above have a different shape?

Have a great summer!

Yes, the 2011 and up have a different windshield shape

I envy you. Would love a Apex XTX...but it will be a long summer anyway. I'm missing winter already. Summer is bugs, heat and lot's of folks out and about getting in my way...Ha..

The wife has a 13 Apex so I know the upgrades.
