So I’m looking at buying a used Venture. Thinking 2012-2016. Question is there been much change over the years? Looks to me it’s just colour and BNG

Depends on which ones. The carb'd RS or the injected RS Venture GT/TF. The latter is the most equipped. The RS is more budget minded and has the slightly smaller engine, non-adjustable backrest (passenger only) and no power steering.

I think Power steering started in 2012 on GT. I have a 2013 GT and a 2009 GT. Both have been good.

on the new style gt, they did change the track length from 144" to 151".
they do handle well when set up right as i have ridden my brothers 13 gt a bunch after i set it for him.
