Looking for a 2008 Phazer RTX Owners Manual

Hi,
Just bought a 2008 RTX. Previous owner gave me the service manual on a usb stick. Realized now it did not contain the Owners Manual. I assume there must have been one to cover the basics. I have looked on the forum and all references seem to be to the service manual. If anyone can point me to a download of the Owners Manual I would really appreciate it.
