I finally found myself an '06 Apex and the only reason I bought it is to put a turbo on it (trail). As far as the efi controllers go (Boondocker box, etc...) does anybody's kit use a closed loop setup where say an oxygen sensor is used to keep the tuning dead on?, or is every box just programable and you watch your a/f ratio gauge and tweek it to dial it in? I heard of "Parker's Knock Box" which you can buy and a light goes on when it detects detonation, but do any of these boxes already have this knock sensor feature? Still looking for the best deal on a turbo but looking at all the best features incase box setups are better this year that in the past. I have been reading past posts for many nights in a row and my brain is starting to hurt! Thanks everybody!! :rocks:

If you are going to trail ride it, take it from me I have had both, the turbo is faster no question about it but I don't beleive there is a trbo kit on the market today that is as simple and reliable as the MPI SC for a trail riding sled.

Maybe with my Turbo manifold it will be :-o

Us flat landers can only run low boost , 5-7 lbs so the simple , reliable way is best !

supercharged or turbo'ed ??????
