i asked my dealer about this they called yamaha no recall,update,nothing


Here is a link to the letter you should have gotten.Every dealer got kits do do everything stated in letter and much more.The more part included tightening the left motor mount.Last year it was a spindle nut update and included tightening right one.There has never been a letter or update for the frame bolts.But all the other loose bolts indicate a issue.Ask your dealer to see the instructions included with the safety update shown on link.There are two parts to it.If you look at your snowmobile serial number you will see some punch marks above some of the digits.These marks indicate whether the recall was done or not.I am 100% sure about this.
