Loose throttle body boots!?!

So i just got back from a long weekend in the UP riding. I was working on dialing in a clutching package a little, but seemed suspiciously down on rpm's. I was doing the post ride check over tonight and found that all the airbox boots had come off the throttle bodies! Anybody have any idea how much this may effect things? Would this cause a few hundred drop in RPM's?
