I just pulled my sled in the shop to do some maintenance and check oil etc and I lifted the front end off the floor to check out the steering. While checking things out I dis covered that the ball joints on the lower a-arms are shot. One side has 1/8" play up and down while the other has 3/16" play. This is enough play that the one arm hits the knuckle/spindle as the suspension is cycled. Does anyone know of any better quality aftermarket ball joints? Has anyone else had this problem?

Others have had this trouble but not all.Mine have 4000mi and are still tight.Check out the Nytro section I believe thier joints are same and there are aftermarket greasable joints.Or stock.

The Rh side on my sled was wore out AT 1300km
$105.00 for a new ball joint and a 1 month wait.
The new part is not greaseable. I ordered a spare for the Lh side.
