I need new one for each side for 2007 FX.
OEM updated number seems to be 8GK-23579-01-00.
Hard to swallow $60 price for each side.
I see SPI (sports parts) has one for $31 but it says it replaces the old part number (8GK-23579-00-00).
Couldn't find answer on TY, but I want to know if cheaper option exists other than OEM?

No cheaper or better option than OEM.They have been updates at least once or twice.I believe I read somewhere the new ones have a shim with them but I have not seen them.

are the balls bad or just the cup that they ride in? Mine were shot I took them out and replaced he cups with ones form someone on here, UPBushman? Way cheaper way to go and an easy fix, actually only 2 beers and one was to sit back and admire the work.

Yes, bronze. The did not hold up all that well for some of us on here. I am going back to OEM this summer. I don't think they are still available?
