Lower ball joint washers

I have a 2011 mtx. Swapped out a arms and put rtx a arms. And in middle of changing all ball joints and bushings. Get the right side done and get to the left side and having trouble getting both washers above and below ball joint. Can get one in but not the other. Has anyone experienced this? Suggestions? Run a bottom washer only? Thanks in advance!

i would pass a file lightly on the ball joint until both the washers fit. i had to do something similar on the rtx/x when i had to build up the spindle from po running without the washer.

Ok thanks! Try that out tomorrow hopefully get them to go.
