I bought a set. You can get a set from Arteeex at North Coast Innovations. They were loose when I first put them in, but made some shims to get them to fit tighter. This is because Yamaha left a wide tolerance on the depth of the bore where the ball joint sits. NCI will provide shims for you. I've heard of people putting 4k+ miles on them and still feeling brand new. A very quality product and definitely worth it.

NCI likes to hide in the shadows.

The best method to draw us out is with this email address: info@northcoastinnovation.com

And to the point that JeffZ made, I personally have run a set of the bushings 4000 miles on my Nytro. I cannot say if this is typical and I may not be as sensitive as some to a degree of play in this joint, but certainly the bushings outlast the early OEM units. Also, they do offer a small degree of adjustability to compensate for wear by adding shims between the bushing and retaining rings. Note: we do recommend leaving some play in the joint to ensure the system does not bind and also to allow the bushings to carry lube.

The OEM ball joints I replaced had worn to the point that one a-arm was nearly in contact with the spindle in just 600 miles. I’ve gone through a few sets of these bushings now with 7000-miles on my Nytro (replacing them because I could, not always because it was necessary) and none of them have come close to the wear I saw with the original OEM units – which to be fair, were known to be weak.

One more thing; we do not suggest that you replace ball joints that are functioning properly. Eventually the OEM units will be upgraded and our replacements won’t be necessary. Until then we hope these bushings will provide a lower cost alternative for keeping your sled on the trail.

Thanks!Sent a email.Believe me I am not picky but my joints are wore to point of being dangerous.Looking forward to giving these a try.

Yah I had one as well at/around 600 miles the the arm was wearing into the spindle...bout pooped my drawers when I saw that.
