M-10 vs. Warrior stock

I am seriously looking at an M10 for my XC. I would like to know if anyone has ridden a Warrior and one with an M10. My mechanic said I can't get a better ride than what I currently have. I find that hard to believe. If the ride is softer and better handling, I'm in, if not, I will save the money and spend it on something else. I am looking for people who have ridden both to see the differences. Thanks.

My friend has one of each in warriors. I have ridden both. The M10 is plusher and the stock is more stable. For a long ride over various terrane, I prefer the stock.

Most guys who ride them feel they prefer the stock one. Most of the ladies prefer the M10.

I haven't ridden a Warrior with an M10 but I can't imagine the ride that much better for money spent. I found a bit of time setting up the suspension that it rides very well. At least for serious trail riding.

If I were you, I'd spend this money on rebuildable clicker shocks for the stock rear skid.

Hey Boston, my turbo sled is finished, the 136" M10 is in also. Call me to set up an appointment, I'll let you try it. It rides fantastic, and goes well also.

I haven't ridden an M-10, but from what I hear they are the skid to get in terms of ride quality. Another thing to lead you away from the stock warrior skid is the fact that the warrior skid, even for the 05's, has the W-arm which is prone to breaking apart. Not a very good design with the rubber bumbers and the limiter straps sitting way low near the pivot point of the Arm.

If I were you, I'd get the M-10.

The ride quality is dramatically better. I really tried to make the stock skid ride as well as an M10, even installed Ohlins shocks but its just not as nice. I was allready spoiled by the M10 in my last sled.
