I have an M-20 Airwave Diamond and I am experiencing some bleed down of air pressure. Just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this and what their remedy was. Thank you as always for any input or replies

I have had the problem... change the push fittings as they leak.... You will still loose a few pounds over night, I think its thru the gauge or switch.

check those push fittings at the switch i had them leaking there. I put some silicone on the push fittings and push the air lines on. check for leaks with soapy water in a spray bottle.

The skid was out after the season to have the shocks revalved and Platinum Spec done at Fast. The previous owner had the shocks all screwed up which caused most of my problems last season. I found the fitting at the tunnel a little loose so I re-taped it and tighten up.

I also think the gauge and switch leak some too. The push fittings and all other were tested with soapy water and they don't seam to be leaking. Kind of tough to get a good test with it being so tight under the console.

I have it going in to have the doughnuts changed under warranty and maybe I'll have the dealer give it a shot. Thanks for the replies and Happy Thanksgiving! :letsnow: :letsnow: :letsnow:

I received a bunch of new air type fittings that have a pressure ring and are tighten with a wrench from Ulmer for the SE air kit and those are the fitting I am changing too this next week.

The only push fitting I have are at the switch, I ordered the airline and fittings from Fast when I bought the skid. The fitting are now the compression type that Tom explains. I will keep this post updated as I narrow this down. ;)!

I just installed the m-20 in my apex this summer, just the base kit with no air lines just the fitting on the shock. I would loose about 10 PS I a month, I made my own line and ran it to my running board with gauge and filler where it's easy to fill and see gauge. Now I have bounced up and down to get a feel for the amount of air I want to start at and it seems to only lose a few pounds now. So I think most of mine was at the top of the shock or maybe the airbag seals just need to have some higher pressure to make them see just like a tire to a rim, I can deal with a couple pounds a week but if I have to adjust daily for my new $1600.00 suspension I'm going to be upset

My sled should be back from the dealer by the end of the week. I am curious to see what they find. I made a fitting equal to the base M-20 package that has a fitting on the tunnel and would eliminate the compressor, guage, and switch. If i cant find the leak I will install the fitting at the tunnel and monitor the air pressure to see if its the airbag.

I agree Mr Sled but the compressor was marketed as the "on the fly'' adjustment, not the make up air for the bleed down. an air system will be prone to leaking and i hope to minimize it. Mine was bleeding down 10psi a day when I brought to the dealer. I hope it was a simple fix, I will update the post when I find out.

I am looking forward to riding the platinum spec
