major project on seat

Has anyone thought about doing away with the stock seat and putting a smaller seat on. I would like to put a smaller boss seat poss. on. I just want to get it lower so when I play I don't have a hard time going from one side to the other, I was wondering if the whole seat frame could be taken off and the exhaust shortened. My buddy had a Polaris dragon and I liked the looks of how his seat was, any input?

There was a member here who did something like that. I dont think it was lower, but it was shorter. It looked sexy as hell. I cant find his post(s), but here is a picture or two I saved off:

Could you possibly adapt the skinz nytro seat?
