I was talking to a guy about putting a front block off plate on my phazer and he mentioned something about venting the seat frame / gas tank when your putting the front block off plate on. What would that do to help the sled? I have no idea. Anyone do this?

just to expell the heat from underneath the gas tank.
haven't had any issues w/ mine. closed off both holes in tunnel since i got the sled.

I did it to mine (07) after closing front and back.The plate with the rubber seals where it meets tunnel.I just cut the sides off it.On the newer sled with the plastic on tank sides you would also have to drill a bunch of holes in them or cut those also.I like the look of nothing but air under subframe and it has got to keep things cooler at front.Will look for pic or take one.
