Go to youtube and type in 'tunnel polishing' view the first video. This product is available at princess auto and by the looks of his tunnel it looks like it works awesome!

(Just a heads up for everyone and the drill is much better than doing it by hand)

Good video, I just stopped at Princess Auto and the kit was on sale so I bought it- let's see if it's better than the Mothers Polish shine that I just finished!

That aluminum polish is amazing - what a difference. Thanks for the link to the YouTube video!

The Princess Auto kit referred to in the video is also available in the US at Harbor Freight or Northern Tool for around $20.

Although I don't know if it matters, it appears those places do not carry the Power Fist polishing kit. They do have aluminum polishing kits with bars and wheel buffers but they are not made by Power Fist. The one Northern Tool has is made by ENKAY and Harbor Frieght is made by Chicago Electric Power Tools. I did look into ordering the kit from Princess Auto but shipping to states was just as much as what they wanted for the kit and have not been able to find it in the states. :o|

Hey Irv where do you get the 303 stuff, the black plastics look great on your sled.
Tessie, the only place I have been able to find it locally is at Van and Truck World on Taunton in Oshawa.

Just make sure you clean the plastic good to get off the old residue etc then apply it. I usually use just soapy hot water or diluted Simple Green.

Irv, which Meguire's marine cleaner conditioner? I have researched a bunch of Meguire's and the marine cleaner conditioners go by different numbers. Can you clarify? iBoat.com has both the 303 line and Meguire's line but wanted to check in with you first before I place my order.

best windshield cleaner

the best cleaner/ scratch remover to use on plastic windshield is scratch x, I tried them all . first you clean the windshield with a good clear plastic cleaner meguirs in the white bottle works fine, make sure to use a brand new microfibre cloth. then use the scratch remover and then finish off with the polish. comes in a kit orange and white package. makes your windshield look like new, no fine scratches , the cleaner can be difficult to remove, so use a hair dryer and apply light heat and it comes off like butter. you will be blown away with the results.

KDuke, it is the #57 Marine Vinyl & Rubber cleaner & Protectant that I use.
I found this link with a price but I think I paid less than that at my local CDN Tire store?

I never tried the 303 on my seat as I thought it might be slippery, but I may give it a try in a small spot and see?
