Does anyone know if this was discontinued and when? So on my 2022 I have two lines coming into stock airbox. One is from the ROV 5/8". The other is crankcase vent line 1/4" . Nothing else.. On the back side of the airbox it has a nipple but nothing attached to it.. I thought there was a line attached on my 17 sled? Did the 2021 have 3 lines going to airbox?

Check this out.

ALL the lines labeled on the 22 I have. When I put the GAP 3 bar in I noticed no hoses hanging out not used

Check this out.

Looks like I didn't read far enough. Thanks Tim. this might have cleared things up

They could have at least plugged the back side of airbox! I suppose it could have fallen off.. Not my guess though

I'm going to look VERY closely later today!

where is that valve located
The valve/nipple that no longer has a hose on it is located under the fuse bundle. If i understand it correctly the hose was eliminated and just a bare nipple is what is recommended/or cutting hose in half and leaving hang to lower body?

ok its under fuse bundle, i will check, im just looking at that 21 tech update picture and yes looks like they may have just put a piece of line on or nothing ar all, thinkin a pice line pointing downward wouldnt hurt if there was nothing on it

Yes. Mike has been doing this disconnect for awhile. I will check and see what they did on the 2022.. I never had a freeze up in 13K miles on my 17 but its sounds like the line was freezing up when it was connected to the airbox. I was going to try a WAI and they all have 2 nipples for 1/4 hose lines.. The guys making the WAI warm air intake(mikes words) are not aware of the changes either.. They all have two leads on them

My line froze last year and I couldn’t figure out why I was down on boost. Someone on here told me about it and shared the technical update that removed the line completely on 2021’s. So after thawing the line out, I then removed the hose to the air box and bought the plug to cover the nipple. In looking at the technical update manual, the hose was completely removed.
