Marginal snow wheel kit differences

The new Canadian accessories website lists the marg. snow wheel kit for a 2011 Apex SE as #8FA95-01-00 for $86.95 and the 2013 Parts and Accessories lists #8FT95-01-00 for $99.95 and also shows the 8FA but not for the 2011 Apex? What gives? Anyone know the differences if any other than price?

One is for the front of the rail an the other mounts towards the back just before the rear wheels.
