Yesterday I installed my new Sandale Fabrication MaxFlow muffler. At startup I notice it seem really more agressive than the original. I immediatly get out to take a little ride where I usually go to compare my trails clutch combos and see if there are real differences.
It was -15°C outside and conditions were good, but not perfect.
When smooth on the throttle, it is not too loud, but when WOT, it really get agressive! A little more than I would have hoped. But I am ok with it and hope to dosen't get busted by cops.
As far as performance, it really work.
Without changing my clutching, I get 2 more km/h.
Today I came out with another primary clutch with 8BU-10 loaded with two 2g rivets, B-W-B and stock 43 helix at 70° wrap. It was right at 8800 and keeping it till top speed. Where I got a best of 158km/h with the stock sled in the past, I got 164 km/h! First time I got over 100mph on a trail. Where I usually get 154 in the best conditions, I managed a 158km/h! So far I see 1 to 6 more km/h. I am really happy with the performance results. Fit and finish is at its best, sounds good but a bit too loud in my opinion, and the performance is there! I recommend it! Great product, make me smile every time I see I gained top speed!!

Thanks for posting your results Joel, that some pretty decent mph gains. Try running it at 9000rpms and see if you get a few more out of it. Sorry for the loudness, most guys really like the sound. Hope you get use to it and it doesn't bother you too much.
Thanks again!
Mike
