Not to beat a dead horse but looking for trail/lake riders who have either suspension to comment. I have an 04 Warrior and I am ordering one of these suspension before Jan 1. I just was hoping somebody could help me out with their opinions as far as durability, loss of speed concerns, mounting, etc... searching the posts, I find alot of the riders commenting are Mountain Riders.... any Midwesterners who are also stuck to riding trails and lakes?

I have the m10 in 03 136. First it is a bitch or a mother f*&^%er to get set just right. I finally gave up. Everybody else loves the ride. I had to upgrade the shocks to Ohlins because the stock shocks were only good for 500 miles. I also went to the heavier spring. I am 225lbs. I have the front strap as tight as I can get, still have push in the front. I lost around 10mph at top end. I also lost the ability to pull the skis, I am currently regearing lower. i am real close to ordering the Airwave update. Just waiting for someone else to try it first.

if I had it to do over, I would go with the Expert X or a used Cat from Ebay.

I agree with Indy! I just removed the M-10 in my 2004 Warrior and went with a Crossfire skid! It is much lighter and a very easy install.

Let me know how you like it!

Indy, the ride and transfer is fantastic! Just trying to dial in the front shock and decide if I want to install coupler blocks.

I just installed a 136" Expert X on my RTX this season. I have about 300 miles on it so far. I love this skid. Aafter I finally got it dialed in for my riding style, she really rocks. The transfer is crazy. I feel the bumps at low speeds, but at faster speeds, this skid soaks up everything. I also have the 13mm sway bar, so some of the jolts are from that and not the Expert. On groomed trails, I think this skid is awsome. Glad I pulled my Mono out and installed this. I'm not even looking back. Good luck which ever you decide.
By the way, if you go with a Expert, I baught some install plates from Matt at Tech Sled and the install was all of 10 minutes. Worth the money.
