Ok was out for first ride today..right away I noticed at 1/4 throttle it had a bog then hit then do it again every time u try to run 1/4 throttle ..around 5000 rim. .basically just when it starts building boost anything after 1/4 is fine works awesome ..like it running lean at that spot...now I have a pcv and auto tune that I got from Ulmer racing and I understood that the auto tune was supposed to help fine tune and adjust for target afrs ..but I notice when running on lap top that the green auto tune running light is not always on if ya flip the throttle it comes on the lap top screen sometimes stays sometimes not ..i look at map andthere target afrs from 0% throttle to 90 or so ...so In my mind that light should be on all the time..plus the percent throttle shows 16% at idle ..i did calibrate tps but made no difference anyone out there have any experience with these?
Also during my ride I got a miss and code 35..but miss all the time..i changed plugs and miss firecode gone but still have this same miss/bog or what ever it is
.It like it looses fuel then picks right back up again till u squeeze past that 1/4 mark then Iitruns 100%..any help be greatly appreciated

Please post what sled and boost system you're running. It'll help us help you figure things out.
First thing to check is all of your air connections, both on your boost system, and the throttle bodies.

What does your fuel/ timing maps say you have for fuel changes at that throttle range? Is it set to add what percentage to your table? It sounds a little more like an intermittant rich condition actually, which an air leak could do, especially in a transitional or lower rpm range.
Also, what fuel are you using, how old is your wideband sensor, and was it calibrated per the instructions before installation?

To get to where you can correctly isolate the issue, you should start with the mechanicals first. Something like this can really be caused by alot of different things, even clutching. It could be bogging because the clutch is loaded too much at that rpm, or a number of other things that are coming to mind. I'd even check to be sure your ground is excellent on the PC5 too for that matter.

Post as much info as you can about your tune file, like when it starts adding fuel and how much, what sled and what boost system, and go over all of your air tube connections, etc, to make sure they're tight. Check all of your grounds, coil and injector connectors for corrosion, and make sure your plug gap is suitable for the boost level you're running. It might sound dumb and usless, but the smallest, most unheard of things can cause the biggest headaches..

You may have a chat With Allen Ulmer, you bought the PCV and AT from him. He knows his stuff.
