I think I have my thinking backwards though. I increased preload without having gear and stuff on, so sit in was 38mm. My thinking was when I put the other stuff on, it won't sag as much, but it will sag more right?

When I add gear, it's going to be even less, maybe 35. That's actually not what I want. At cam stop 1, I was at 42, so fully loaded, I would be around 40 I would imagine. I'm thinking I should change it back to Cam stop 1 from 3.
*No it will sag more with gear. Don't try and guess at what it will sag with gear.
Grab some weight or suit up and sit on the sled, adjust the cam to get the spring to compress 40-45mm, done, then grab that neat whiskey and get it into ya!
