anyone have clearance issues with rail tips and extros?

Congrats!
You need the dimensions from the donor sled (or like). From there, it won't make any difference what sled they are transfered to. Those dims won't change. Just make sure you use the bottom of the tunnel protectors as the tunnel top when measuring for height.

Rail clearance with extro's is something you should check when doing a mock up/dry fit of the skid conversion.
