Mono transfer rod broke!! Can i still ride?

Mono skid Transfer rod broke today. so i took it out completly and still seems to ride just fine without any rubbing or anything hitting. Has anyone rode without one before. The only difference i can tell is it pulls the skis right off the ground.

Yeah its alot of fun to ride with it out. It wont hurt anything.

Usually the rod will unthread itself unless you use the spanner wrench to tighten the jamm nut.
