That's actually just the mid-pipe stickin' up. The Muff is sittin over on the well camoflauged 700 Griz. That mod will most likely be in the next installment.
your garage looks similar to mine...which is what led the wife to order me to build a shop, so she can have her garage back....
did I tell you, I love my wife

That is kick #*$&@! I really like how the rear of the footwells attach the tunnel. Aren't some guys running coolant through the outer rails of the footwells??
mp, looks great. like what you did to the rear. ski

My garage is a trainwreck! The problem is it's all her junk, and not mine!

I think some of the aftermarket tunnels run a rear cooler...

A BETTER, Better Board install
much nicer!!!!! thanks for posting 8 months too late!!!
one thing I wish the BB had though...was one more foot tread closer to the front of the boards...I found that I slipped a little last year with that two windows wihtout tread...

You might want to try putting some multigrip pop rivets in from the bottom side so that you have a "peg" sticking out of the top side for traction, I did this on my snow eliminators and appears it will work better than nothing haven't had them in the snow yet.

The great wheel debacle...
I got a great set of OEM Yammi wheels the other day. I did a 2 wheel conversion on the rear, and the wheels fit, and look, B-E-A-YOU-TEEFULL. They looked so nice, I thought I'd buy a set to replace the upper idlers as well... That's where the problem started.
The idlers use a different bearing than the rear axle. The new wheels will not accept the stock idler bearing. They will however, accept a stock bogey bearing... with a bit of work at the machine shop, and the nightmare associated with cutting the bearing out of a bogey wheel, I got them installed.
You can use the smaller "bogey" version of this OEM billet wheel at the idler wheel location, but that requires the use of 8" wheels on the rear axle so the track will clear the rear shock on a timbersled rear end. Problem here is, Yammi only makes the wheels in the small bogey size (5.5" I think) and the stock 7" for the rear axle.
Anyway, for the price, I still came out ok including the machining cost.
