Scott (revmuffin) and I made a few mounts for our Vector gages. The part that mounts to the dash plastic has another one just like it on the inside of the dash so that the plastic is actually 'sandwiched' between two aluminum plates. The whole setup is nice and sturdy. Scott plans on making an attachment to the stand-offs so that he can mount his GPS.

How does it fit with the windshield

Windshield fits great - even with my big windshield bag.

And your selling these? Do they come with gauges?

We certainly could make up and sell these as mounting kits - I'll have to figure out the pricing on it. But you would be on your own for getting a gage.

How much interest is out there for this as a mounting kit?

I'm interested but from what I hear the gauges are impossible to find. I think ulmer racing was putting together a package last year but I don't know what happened to it.

is the part number, call up port yamaha, or your local dealer and give them that number they should be able to find one for you... or do a google search and you will find them all over the internet

I got mine about a month and a half ago. I posted in the wanted section of the classifieds and got a response that night.

$300 with 800 miles on it.

Well what a guy on here did was took a fan and hooked it up to the mileage gauge and made the gauge say what the miles where but it only goes up... I'll try to find the link.
