Need alittle help deciding if I need to sell my turbo kit for the nytro. Michigan seems to be cracking down on loud exhauste so question is how loud is the exhauste?
I don't want to sell but don't want to look over my shoulder all the time or not be able to ride the sled currently running hindle set up. I have looked for sound clips just not to many out there.

I can't speak for the nytro kit, but the MPI Viper kit is very quiet in stock form. I added the performance muffler and still think it will pass any noise regulations.

I only started my MPI Viper up in the trailer to date which is a horrible comparison, but I think it is about the same db with a bit of pitch change. I'll update this though over x-mas break when I get it off the trailer to inspect the dealer's turbo install work and finish with the last couple mods. Nytro is definitely going to be different given the exhaust differences. I can't speak to it.I can't speak for the nytro kit, but the MPI Viper kit is very quiet in stock form. The muffler points down toward the track so figure may be muffled alittle .

It wont be as loud as your hindle setup, i know that for sure. I have no experience personally with the mpi, but I have a push kit and its not very loud, my brother has an fpp kit, and same thing, little bit louder and meaner sounding than stock, but I dont think youll have a problem. Both are waaaaaay quieter than the full MBRP I ran last year.

Skinz UltaQ will take care of the problem.. I had the super Q on my Nytro Turbo 250hp which was plenty quiet, never an issue and road by many cops on the trail..Need alittle help deciding if I need to sell my turbo kit for the nytro.
