I want to go with a superchager on my 2006 Apex. Who does everyone think has the best kit? They all are made by MPI anyway right?
Thanks,

MPI is the only one I know of on the market now ,Thundercharger is working on one now. I live on the east coast and bought mine off of Allen Ulmer, great people to work with and is there when you have any questions, cannot say the same for MPI,Still waiting for a return call and it has only been four months, that being said I find their supercharger flawless, easy install and overall great product.

You can't go wrong with Tom Hartman. He has the best customer service of anyone that I have dealt with so far. If something is wrong, he will work with you until it is RIGHT!
MPI on the other hand, once the sale is done they seem to avoid customers. Getting tired of all the promises of returned calls and getting raped on shipping charges. JMO.

Which supercharger kit?
I was thinking Ulmer or Hartman also. Which do you think has it dialed in for 7 psi the best? I like Ulmer's air scoop to cover the intercooler and I believe his clutch kits are good too.
Thanks everyone that takes the time to reply,

I think MPI goes with the theory make it good enough we don't need customer support. I have heard lots that had a hard time getting help from them I guess I was lucky. I had a great experience with MPI when I had my supercharger. It was one of the few aftermarket products that was trutly 100% bolt on and go for me anyways.

MPI has a new customer service rep. Try them again, but also read this post on snowest about the new customer service rep.

Tikka race Sweden has a SC kitt for the Apex.
while testing the RX-1 kitt, one of the owners said. (We cant sell this. People will kill themselves.) They are working with Lysholm superchargers and apparently they build alot of power eaven from 2000rpm!!! They say it builds power alot faster than the MPI kitt.

Thundercharger has developed an awesome supercharger kit for the apex. Easy Install, Bolt on kit. I had a chance to ride the thing, it rips!!
No Throttle chop issues at all, throttle response was great. In fact you could blip the throttle like a 2 smoker and it would launch everytime, no lag. You also won't have to upgrade from a stage 1 after you decide that's not enough. The blower has been run from 7 lbs all the way to 22 lbs with no ill effects. Fuel mileage is excellent for a blown motor. This Is exactly what is going on my apex. There seems to be more info about Thunderchargers on snowest, look for promod63 he's the man.
Sorry for the long post, go easy on me being the first one too.
