Ok, so throttle cable has slack. Still have to check the plates and boots.
Going to bleed it next, with a thermostat that opens and a WP that runs, I’m thinking air is a logical place to land.

Check all the vacume/boost lines also for cracks when I first got mine the line going to the fpr and map sensor was broken it isn't very easy to see it
