I installed my MSD pump in the left foot well to keep fuel supplied to the pump.

Very good job on the lines going thru the frame, good idea using grommits to protect the lines

Here is some more photos. I used 8/32 stainless steel nylock nuts with brass wahers on the motor terminals then siliconed them. The plate is custome made using a billet high flow Yamaha Rhino fuel outlet I got on eBay and finally a large ski-doo screened fuel inlet. The fuel line is custom made from aluminum tubing and poly plastic tubing.

MSD pump
I still had trouble with the MSD pulling the fuel out of the tank so I had to reinstall the stock pump and boost it with the MSD. I might have damged mine though because I ran it backwards for 5 minutes accidently and it made a terrible noise ever since and would not suck the fuel.

MSD Fuel Pump 2225 (JEGS $94.00)Anyone have the MSD fuel pump part #
Flow is 43 gph @ 40 psi and 12 volts/5.4 amps
Hobbs Switch (contact tolerance 3.1 to 7 psi +or-1) factory set at 4-psi
Honeywell part number 76575 or NAPA part number 701-1575
Get pump power from battery, to relay, to fuel pump. Hobbs switch gets it's own power source (accessory plug wiring) and its pressure source comes from intake manifold lines (not intercooler). Hobbs switch activates pump through relay. You won't have a system power (ignition) drain issue from the pump activating. A bypass loop must also be used when using the two pumps in-line.
