MTX Shock interchange

In going through the TY4Stroke Forums I have seen a lot of the experiences that people have shared with the rest of the members.
I hope that some one has come across the following parts swap experiences.
I have an opportunity to pick up some Fox Shocks from a 2010 Nytro M-TX machine and have some question about being able to simply bolt them onto my 2008 MTX.

Will Fox Float 2 front shocks from a 2010 M-TX fit a 2008 MTX which has the coil over shocks?
Also, can I take the Fox Shocks from a 163" Nytro skid and bolt them onto a 2008 153" MTX skid?

Take it out, throw it away, and install a Cat M skid.
