Don't you have a specialty welding shop in your area? I cracked a billet rail on my RS Nytro, the "local" guy welded and gusseted it, and I rode it for 5 more years. I say "local" because the drive there and back (40 mi.) took way longer than the work he did.

Familyman has the ability to weld it which we may try before we leave. I have a whole suspension for it with 189 miles on it just no time to swap it right now.

It's more of a suspension extension track swap. I'm going to do it tomorrow morning. Buddah how much is gas running Up there. Under $1.80 here. So will be full when we leave.

Welded dusty's once. But ended up using stainless stiffeners. They worked the best.
